THE Singapore Life Saving Society has recommended that non-swimmers should not be allowed into the deep pool of swimming complexes without supervision.
The society made its view known to the police during an investigation into the drowning of China national Zhang Zhenyang last November.
What an idiot...so many idiot living in Singapore. It like tell you don't climbing out of the window..it may kill you.
Cannot swim ..dont be a hero...hero die young.
Wear a life vast if are non-swimmer while doing water sports....
