    • Have you ever carried a burden for years and tried to put it down but it just cling to you and you have never really put it down?

Does it feel like a chain with a heavy weight tied to you and until you find the key to unlock this chain, you would be carrying it on and on?

    • its like that zen monk story you know?

the more you keep thinking abotu the burden and thinking u want to let it down, the more you are chained to it

so got to let yourself be distracted by other things, and slowly you will realise you will think about it less and less liao :D

    • becos u didn't learn the meaning of attachment and detachment. to take and to give, to lift and to lower, to forgive and to forget.

    • Searching for the key is never easy. There are many different kinds of keys. One for each one of us. The same key for you might not be the same key for him or anyone else.

The character of the person doesnt help much either. Hes too nice to push the burden to others. I duno what you would say of him (whether its stupid or silly). He would just take the burden rather than hurt those ppl involved by giving them the burden.

I think this links to what he is going through now. Accumulated and bottled up things or feelings or burden. Think its a volcano waiting to explode?

      That will be damn hard.

To forgive shows your good self, to forget shows that u learnt from it.

U need to learn self control, self understanding and self appreciation. For life is not long, stay happy and let go the saddness, be realistic as the Zen do.
