anyway got really angry today .. this f..ker never do his job and push all the blame and responsibiliy to me , feign ignorance, and even told lies, yet fu..king boss knowing he is in the wrong, play smart side him ... in society u have to work smart everything must cover yourself, send email , put in minutes watever, dun allow pple to twist and turn...

You lucky your boss side him only....
This kind of ppl very good at sucking up to the boss and some boss like a good sucker.I ever came across one bloody boss, not only side with such asshole, but "flex his muscles and torso" to show you whose side he is on.
The "You dare complain about this arshole and I will show you the door" attitude.

In this real world everyone trying to push responsibilty and job, those honest pple will suffer , there are of course good pple in my oganisation , who values and principle they adhere to , we are forced to be cunning at work , is really bad if u at mid management level , where senior mgt can act blur , push all responsibilty , by saying i employ you to solve problem not tell me the problem , if i help you to solve , you can go home,
this alway happen , in my previous job i could not solve a problem no choice seek the help of superior, kena fuc ked call me a incompetent simple things also cannot do , ended up she also cannot solve the problem and magnify the problem instead by quarrling and shouting with customer , twist and turn things around and make a bad report about me to senior mgt, those idiot side her just jump to conclusion without ascertianing the truth , I quit and left the fu cking organisation , my successor faced the same problem as me later, but becos he was brought in by a senior manager so he get the support and the f ucked superior i kena kicked out instead..
so in these world is politics at play ,how you manage pple perception and whose support you have
