Which one do you all think gets the better treatment afterall?
From what I see, NSF gets hell lot of sai kang which should be done by the regulars and NSF do not get pardonned easily for small mistakes. NSF often get charged and go to DB for breach of security for example bringing in camera or even being late.
NSMen gets a smaller amount of sai kang but still they can afford to slack and not kana anything big. They often get pardonned easily for the same mistakes as mentioned above. Bringing in a camera to camp mostly results in an imposement of a fine. Missing on RT will result in an imposement of a fine. From what I know both of them are in violation of improper conduct and discipline.
Is it possible that the conviction of NSMen are more lenient because they are civillians with a family or there are certain restrictions to sending an NSMen to DB? I also heard that Undergraduates or a degree holder seldom get sent to DB for mistakes (excluding big offences like theft and AWOL of course)

So that all servicemen are treated equally.

the white horse classification was set up to ensure that NO special treatment is accorded to high level civil servent/army personnel's son.
to ensure that NO special treatment is given, they are identified and made known to all the trainers so that they will NOT treat them special.
yes, that is the truth. and yes, that idea is damn dumb,

Somebody was paid for coming up with that idea.
Maybe he genuinely believed in it.
