      Hi guys,
      Like to know if it;s possible to make overseas calls on your cell phine using prepaid starhub sim card

      Yes...and it's available in M1 and maybe other telcos...

       

      But I'm not sure if it's the cheapest....I'm trying to find out if calling oversea via a fixed line is still cheaper than even the cheapest  prepaid card.

       

      Btw, whether it's prepaid card or regular mobile sub, the rate is the same. For M1 at least.
