    • Well .... this month's gonna be a very very busy one for me .....

      so there's only one book-in-progress ......

      "The Secret River"  by Kate Grenville ....

       

      it's one of the books I lugged back from pluto but I haven't got the chance to read .....

    • just finished exile's return,book 3 of the conclave of shadows by Raymond E Feist :D

      now on to flight of the nighthawks!

      finishing alr..hmm after this is into a dark realm...then wrath of a mad god,just came out. so i doubt libraries have it yet. Guess ill have to go kino and buy it myself \:

    • an appointment was late ... (for 2.5 hours ! ) this afternoon .....

      went trolling at the bookshops to kill time .....

      came up with this gem .... which i read for two hours at a coffee bean's this afternoon ....

      shaping up to be a pretty good read ....

    • What I'm reading right now:

      The Siege of Mecca by Yaroslav Trofimov

      Only read a couple of chapters (just bought it yesterday), and it's a already pretty engaging expose of the excesses of the House of Saud.

      I have to say that he writes with a certain amount of wit and cynicism.

      Wow I wanted to read this book! Now you reminded me, I need to go reserve it in the library...

      I am currently reading Almost Moon by Alice Sebold.

      and the all too famous

      i'm wondering if i should continue with the series??

      oh and where do u guys get ur books online or do u all prefer buying them off the shelves?
