this alway happen , in my previous job i could not solve a problem no choice seek the help of superior, kena fuc ked call me a incompetent simple things also cannot do , ended up she also cannot solve the problem and magnify the problem instead by quarrling and shouting with customer  , twist and turn things around and make a bad report about me to senior mgt, those idiot side her just jump to conclusion without ascertianing the truth , I quit and left the fu cking organisation , my successor faced the same problem as me later, but becos he was brought in by a senior manager so he get the support and the f ucked superior i  kena kicked out instead..

Took public transport to town last 2 days, i noticed the Fts outnumber the local in the train and bus ... you can tell for yourself, chinese, india, bangla, philipino , vietnam, burmese , the train cabin had more FTs than locals , the bus i took was cramp with indian , you know how it smell la..  I am just trying to say are all the rich sg pple driving car , only the poor FT and poor sg citizen like me still taking the public transport?

I have managed a team of FTs (mymar , msian) b4 frankly speaking they are easier to control and take their job more seriously , the team i have all are singaporeans , some have work in teh coy for 30 years so yi lao mai lao , some of them techical knowleadge also quite strong in fact better then me , so they yaya , i am not in management , just a supervisor / team leader , someone squeeze in between , dun have the power to hire and fire but have to answer all the responsibility and solve the problems

I currenlty managed a team of 10 people, mainly low educated staff , some due for retirement some just completed NS.

Everyday is a battle , cos there are a few group and gang in them , some infighting between them , some fighting against me , and worse other dept alos or ....and pple from other dept , alway trying to push work to us and complain at our work to department head and GM if we do not do their bidding.

these pple some are unmovtivated and out to create trouble , you will of course say if you are the superior you must motivated them , trust me it never easy , these pple are out to get on your nerve, they do not want to follow your instruction liek to do things to their way , ignore your constant reminder to update them on their work and meet the dateline

taking chance to add blur ,shout back threaten you, give excuse and excuses for not doing their work , or screwing up , you must go and clear all their shit , give them warning letter fat hope , before you can do it they already preemptively made complaint to managemnet , HR about you ,,, these pple may be low educated , but they are smart and cunning , they can lie without brinking their eye ,, and my boss knowing the situation to preserve himself , side them and play politics and push the blame on you

dunno how long can I take thsi much longer , all my the precedecessor last less then 3 months , I already tong more than one year cos no choice cannot quit without a job and got family to feed

I have no choice but to take all the humiliation and insult everyday from my subordinate from hell !!

In many sector not just coffee shop auntie... have been replaced by FTs, IT sector , property sector , manufacturing ,finace and accounting you name it and they are there , they have also penetrated the PMETS level,

The thing is when recession come , Sg will be short of jobs , will this FTs be told to go , so they can free the space for us .. no way right?

so take care of yourself and your country man , dun give chance to this pple they are here to rob you of your job and living, you may be a offering a job to a lowly FTs techncian waitress , and they will propagate you and soon , your kids will be competing with them for jobs, so think twice before hiring a FTs, give a chance to your country man first even they ask for higher pay

but just now I bypass AMK hub there a long q of taxi but no pple leh, if between 5 to 8 weekday lagi worse, but I must agree taxi biz has pick up but peak hours still tough

There are still no Q of pple during 5 to 8 pm peak hours, once past 8 pm pple sudden appear and cab disappear , they should have progressive increase and decrease for peak hours

My fren who drive cab say biz has improved but not better than before the hike

Anyone saw the earth hour event on TV last night , it feature BG yeo leading a group of student and ka kia turning off the hall lights then everyone break a cylun stick for illumination.

The hall is lit by probably a few high bay lights maybe 500 W each , all the student including the BG break one cylun stick , each one cost a lot of energy more 500 W to make, inlcuding sealing the chemical in the plastic continaer and manufacturing the plastic, on top of that BG with his convoy burn a lot of gas drive their limo to grace the event , and so many student  also driven incars to school by parents, so the total energy depleted for this BS event definitely more than a few KW saved from the high bay , in the first place the light would not be turned on if there is no such event , so what are they trying to acheive ???

Used up more energy while telling pple they are trying to use less energy ?

All thanks to the event last night more fossil fuel are burn , more trees gone and more waste created ! Congrats !
